Subscription Box Questions
The products we ship out go through an extensive review process to ensure they are of the highest quality and will be received well by our customers before they are included in our monthly subscription box. In the case that you receive a defective item, we profusely apologize and would be more than happy to replace it for you in a timely manner.
If you simply are not satisfied with the items in your subscription box, please let us know and we'll do our best to tailor future subscription boxes sent to you toward your personal preferences. These issues, though rare, are handled on a case by case basis.
Cancelling or switching your plan is as simple as logging into the account you created during checkout and simply selecting the option to cancel or switch. Alternatively, you may contact our customer support warriors
to have your subscription cancelled or switched. If you choose the latter option, we kindly request you contact us 72 hours in advance to make any cancellation / switch requests in order to avoid being billed for the next month.
There are absolutely no fees associated with cancelling or switching your subscription plan.
Nope! None at all. You pay exactly the price we advertise. There absolutely no fees or charges that will be tacked on to your subscription box. Of course, if you live in Texas, sales tax will be applied to your order.
We know you're excited to receive your first box filled with awesome swords and knives and we're excited to get it to you! Our fulfillment team works hard to get all of our subscription boxes out within 2-3 business days of receiving your order and most boxes will be at our customers' doorsteps within a 7 business days.
