Bought this a while back, Great for practice and can fight with anyone without having to worry about the wood smashing us, The cap did fall off after a while so i recommend putting another layer of foam on it.

Bought two for training, good and inexpensive. Should note these do not have an abs core as said, they have a wood core as was found out when one did break. Overall though a good product for its price.
