This sword is awesome. It is not a classical nin-to, but thats what I like about it. The blade is perfectly made. It has a razor sharp edge. I had absolutely no problems with this blade. It has an awesome grip too. If you are looking for an awesome nin-to and don't care if it has to be the classical kind then this sword is right for you. It's sharp, it's just the right length, and of course it IS strong. What more could you want? You won't be disappointed if you buy this magnificent sword!

I like this sword alot. it is made very good however the blade is entirely too long. A traditional ninja sword has a shorter blade than the samurai sword. This blade is as long or longer than some samurai swords when I compare this sword to my Paul Chen ninja swords I see a major difference in the length. Also the ito is not wrapped traditionally. Every ninja sword and most samurai swords are wrapped with Japanese cotton not leather, it is a good idea but not accurate. I must say even though I said the blade is too long it is still a very good blade for cutting through anything and it is very sharp. Maybe in the future Masahiro will come out with a more traditional ninja sword.

the reason why i give this sword a 4 instead of a five is two reasons, 1 is the leather is a bit loose and they said it had a super sharp blade, the blade isnt dull but i rubbed my finger along the blade with pressure, it didn't peirce the skin. but enough with the negatives. The sword is strongly constructed and has a tight fit in the scabbard. the engravings on the blade are pretty cool and the dragon on the tsuba distinguishes my sword from everyone else i know who just has a plain black tsuba. I'm very impressed with shipping, i ordered it at 4pm tuesday and got it 12 afternoon friday ALL THE WAY TO FLORIDA!
