Been looking for one of these for a while, the SoM price was very friendly indeed. The overall sword is very nice, but the ito is wrapped a tad uneven, but still feels good in the hand. All the other details look very well executed, and match what I remember from the films. The blade is polished nicely and relatively sharp. The suka's finish is most excellant, just be prepared to wipe of your prints every thime you handle the thing. The sword fits snugly into the saya and stays put. The stand and cleaning kits are nice touchs, as is the somewhat decent sword bag. I gave it a 4 of 5 because of the less than straight ito wrapping; for the price, this is very nice, and reminds me of my favorite part of the 1st film, her time in Okinawa. Thanks SoM, JDH

I've had this sword since christmas and I am impressed. It's everything you should want in this katana and more. It cuts weell and if I do say so myself it can take a hit pretty well. Some downsides are that it is some what heavier then a normal katana (no grooves) and the saya has protective wax in it - isn't bad but it does get annoying from time to time! Not a exact replica - missing metal parts on the saya. Otherwise it is a awesome Katana and I look foward to getting back at the Crazy 88 soon...

The Masahiro Kill Bill Sword, for the price, is by far one of the best swords I have ever had the pleasure to work with. The balance if fairly good, and the edges on these things are fantastic. I was very impressed. It's a very practical sword, good for tamishigiri, Iaido, and just cutting things down in the back yard, if that's what you do. I promise you one thing, you will not be dissapointed w/ this purchase. Now more expensive swords are definately better, but if your money is tight, and you want a good sword for the price, I highly recommend this one. I own several. Peter D.
