Decent for my first buy
ERIC PARTIN (Chesapeake, VA) 8/31/2010 8:28 PM
Same deal as the first guy, it came fast like 3 or 4 days max. It was great until i tried it out it was cutting smooth then it hit a little off and the handle cracked twice. The sword it self was a little dented at the top. When i first got it so it curved to its side slightly. Other then that i wasn't expecting much for a 50$ gk. i defiantly plan to buy other swords from this site the transaction was very simple. summed up, blade 4/5 handle 1/5 it might be a good idea to throw it into another style that's more durable its a good first buy.

Musashi Black Zatoichi

Just received this sword and upon initial inspection I was rather pleased. The blade is perfect and arrived with a light oil, not as sharp as one would hope, but not a big deal. However the saya on mine had a scratch that runs about five inches and is completely chipped off down to bare wood, minor eyesore. This sword also is not balanced well and the nakago doesn't even extend past half way. Nice show piece but not a serious cutter.

awsome!!!

I ordered this sword awile back, and its great. the only thing is the tsuka isn't very strong. I was cuting some stuff, and i accidentaly hit my steel grill. The handel cracked in half instantly. I didnt really hit it hard at all. Surprisingly enough the blade wasn't even damaged.
