This, the Paul Chen Orchid Katana is possibly the finest katana on the market today. A Dark blue saya and the finest Japanese cotton Tsuka-Ito start the theme of this sword fit for an Emperor. Only the highest quality materials are used in the making of this sword which is folded and forged by hand and made up of ASSAB K-120C high carbon Swedish powder folded steel. The manufacturing process used in these handmade swords provides an excellent dispersion of carbides, resulting in a very tough steel with outstanding edge-holding capabilities. The traditional clay-tempering process is used to produce an edge hardness of HRC 60 and a Spine hardness of HRC 40. The hard edge provides an excellent cutting ability, while the more resilient body of the blade allows it to absorb the shock of the cutting stroke. The Koiguchi and kurigata are made from buffalo horn, and the fuchi, kashira, and kojiri are of bronzed iron with silver and gold detailing. The habaki is of one piece brass construction. The Blade is ungrooved, and features a medium length kissaki. The tsuba is of blackened iron, with an Orchid and Butterfly decoration inlaid in silver, brass and copper. AS SEEN IN THE MOVIE THE LAST SAMURAI!

I don't own this Sword, but found it for 1500 dollars in another Shop! - just crazy this price. Now I know what Swords Of Might's price guarantee means! Saving you lots of money is just more than awesome!
Now that I know this, I think I'm gonna buy it some day if the price doesn't change.
