Shipping Policy
We work to ship your items as fast as possible. We realize that quick shipping and receiving is as important to you as price and customer service. Most in stock items will be shipped the same day if you get your order in before our daily pickup. Our daily pickup comes at 4pm Est. UPS does not pickup or deliver on weekends. If you need something for a Saturday delivery, please call us. All of our shipments go out with full insurance and signature required for delivery. You may request no signature by putting this in the comments section of your order. You may place your order with 3 day select, 2nd day air, and next day air for faster delivery. For time sensitive shipments please call us. When an order is shipped by us, you will automatically receive an email with tracking information. We ship only through UPS.

For instance, if you live in NY, UPS Ground shipping transit time would be one day, OH would be 2 days, and California would be 4-5 days but will be delivered sooner if you choose Next day air, 2nd day air, or 3 day select during checkout.
Legalities: You alone are responsible for making sure that the products shipped to your country and/or city are legal for import and agree to pay all duties and taxes that arise from the import of such goods. Since we only ship via UPS, import fees can be substantial as they are based on the price of your order total and UPS brokerage fees. We will not be held responsible for customs seizures.
Most orders will go out within 24 hours but may be delayed due to unforseen circumstances. Please make sure to order early to avoid time related problems with your shipment. We will not give you a refund if your order did not arrive on the time you or we estimated. You will be subject to the standard returns policy. Sometimes your order will contain two or more packages. Our shipping is estimated at weight value and most of the time is correct. If your actual shipping price is higher than shown, we reserve the right to charge your card for the extra shipping amount. If the extra charges are higher than five dollars, we will contact you before charging your card.
Backorders:
We encourage you to place items that are out of stock on backorder. If an item is backordered we will fill all backorders before returning the item to In stock status. A backorder can take anywhere from 1 week to a few months to fulfill. (Most are completed in 2-3 weeks) If you would like to backorder an item, you may just order any item that is out of stock and it will be backordered for you automatically. You will be charged the full price of the order upfront. You may cancel any backorder for any reason and at any time (up until the backorder is filled) for a full refund. Any backorders that remain unfulfilled for more than 30 days will only be issued store credit for the full price of the order. From time to time our stock counts may be incorrect due to volume orders or items that are damaged and cannot be shipped. You may track your order status 24 hours a day 7 days a week from our order tracking page. If you unknowingly order an out of stock item, you may receive a full refund at any time. If you make an order including both in stock and out of stock items, it will hold up the order until all items are in stock. You will be notified via email about your order status. You may contact us at any time to change your order in ANY WAY you see fit. If you are in a rush to get a certain item, please make sure it and all other items on the order are in stock. We may cancel any backorders at anytime without notice and issue a refund for those items.
All products specifications are subject to change without notice. Sometimes a manufacturer will change an item slightly and therefore the changed item will take over the old item. We will post new pictures and statistics as soon as possible for these items.
