To order by mail, you must first know the total costs for your order. The best way to do this is to put everything into your shopping cart that you want to purchase by mail. In your cart you will find a shipping calculator. Simply input your zip code and choose your shipping method and it will give you the shipping costs and a total. This is the amount you need to send us.
Please include a list of the items you would like to purchase, Your name, address, email address (if applicable), telephone number, and any other pertinent information. Please wait 1-2 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped.
