  1. Great buy!

Posted by Zach M. on 29th Oct 2015

"The swords are absolutely worth the $8.99 (with a discount on buying a few of them). I gave it a 5 star rating, because for the price, I could not find a better sword anywhere.

The putty applied at the pommel, hilt, and hand guard was uneven and not complete. The handle also Needed some sanding, the edges of the handle were a little rough.

If you're looking for a sparing sword, this IS NOT a good choice! Very frail.

Perfect for swinging around and feels good in hand. I have added steel plates to each side of the blades for weight and since I did so, have had awesome workouts with them.

Once painted, they will make fantastic wall ornaments. "

  2. Awesome detail for wooden swords.

Awesome detail for wooden swords. Kids loved them for their x-mas gifts!

  3. Decent, several flaws

Posted by Unknown on 11th Feb 2013

The swords are sturdy enough, but they are put together rather poorly - especially the hilt area, where there are numerous unfilled nail holes and large gaps between the pommel, hilt, handguard and blade. Don't expect it to be too pretty - it's functional but flawed.

  4. Good Swords

The swords are of good quality and i am quite satisfied with the product while also considering their low price.....

  5. I am well pleased

These are very nice swords, especially for how cheap they are. I ordered two and both are great quality.

  6. Wooden Gladius

Posted by Unknown on 26th Jul 2012

Just got the two I ordered. One was a darker tone of wood and the other lighter. The sword was bigger than I imagined, especially the width of the blade. I like them, though. Cheapest price I found on the internet. I'd say they'd be a good wooden gladius to practice with. Just not against each other. It feels like they wouldn't take punishment well.. but I may be proved wrong. 5 stars
