Great sword, heavy, sturdy, and it looks awseome to bring to my practice! Only annoyance is that it looks a lot smaller in the product picture, great sword though!

A beautiful wooden shoto, and as sturdy as my daito. The design is a little pointless if you’re partaking in full-contact.

This is a great bokken! I will refer this to anybody. I bought it with the black dragon bokken and they are very strong and can recieve alot of abuse in training. The only thing is that the hand wrap might slip and the rubber stopper might slide up a little when you swing this weapon but if u use crazy glue on both areas its an unbelievable bokken sword.

The carvings were better seen on the website than when I got it in person. There was also a large crack at the front of it that was very visible. That was covered in black paint. It was a nice gift overall and the shipping arrived on time.

Its balance is amazing, the durability is wonderful as long as you tape the grip a bit, and its a tough cookie! I bought 3 of them and they hold up just fine to Niten Ichi Ryu style or double wak butterfly style! I cant tell you how amazing and cheap this bokken is. Just get it.

    The sword is wonderful.

This bokken is many things. It’s pretty, it matches the larger version well and the wrapping is fairly solid.
    It is not straight.
Mine curves to the right very sharply 2/3rd up the blade, 10 or so degrees. Not noticeable if it’s on a stand, but once you pick it up and try to hold it straight it shows.

Nice bokken overall … Best for light use I think too hard of a impact will break it fairly easy …
